What I Ate Wednesday…..Kale & Lasagna #Foodie

I’ve been eating a lot healthier this last year but I still like to eat good tasting food. My ‘Wednesday What I Ate’ cooking therapy for today was a healthy kale salad and ground turkey lasagna that is oh so tasty while still being a bit on the healthier side.

I had a light breakfast: Fruits, granola and lemon water

img_2129img_2131                               Lunch Prep: Kale salad with 1 boiled egg, tomatoe, 1-2 chicken strips, carrots, shredded cheddar cheese, red onion and honey mustard dressing
